Casablanca II relieves music lovers of the painful dilemma of choosing between high quality, faithful music reproduction equipment, and the highly compromised components that provide for video's specialized sonic decoding, processing, and switching.

Casablanca II is a multi-purpose component; each Casablanca II owner decides exactly how he wants to have his unit configured. As your system changes and grows, the Casablanca can be changed, nearly effortlessly, to meet the needs of new technology.
Casablanca's II tremendous flexibility is designed in, using a "mother board" and "daughter boards" in an open architecture topology. The mother board provides signal routing and the daughter boards contain the actual circuitry. Expanding, changing, and upgrading the Casablanca is done by simply changing the daughter cards.
The optional processing cards are: Auxiliary digital in, Video in/out, Dolby Digital (AC-3) processing, and DTS Coherent Acoustics processing.
There are two levels of sound quality available for digital to analog conversion:
